True North provides services to individuals with disabilities in the Steamboat Springs, CO area to enhance their quality of life, both socially and in work and educational settings.

Services are provided in a safe and consistent manner, tailored to the individual needs and wants of the individual along with the desires of their families. Service providers offer unique ways for clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal life goals, becoming as independent within the community as possible.

Activities will include both indoor and outdoor opportunities to develop new skills and interests to assist clients in leading purposeful, joyful, and productive lives.
